In Day 1, you’ll hear how one organization created a compliant, efficient, and sustainable inpatient query process, which includes standardized templates and a systemwide provider query policy. On Day 2, learn how a standardized process can improve the accuracy of Patient Safety Indicator (PSI) 03 Pressure Ulcer Rate reporting.

Participants will attend educational sessions in a convenient online format and have the opportunity to participate in our online exhibit hall. In addition, attendees will get to play the “Game of Codes,” earning points by visiting our exhibitors’ booths, and be entered to win prizes for participating!
