In Day 1, you’ll hear how one organization created a compliant, efficient, and sustainable inpatient query process, which includes standardized templates and a systemwide provider query policy. On Day 2, learn how a standardized process can improve the accuracy of Patient Safety Indicator (PSI) 03 Pressure Ulcer Rate reporting.
